Warranty Coverage:
Every brand-new Moto E-Bike comes with a limited manufacturer's warranty specifically for the original retail purchaser. This warranty covers only manufacturer's defects and is subject to the following terms:

Damaged on Arrival: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via email or phone within 3 working days from the date of delivery. Although shipping damage is not covered by warranty, we will guide you through the process of resolving the issue with the shipping company.

Cosmetic Defects: Cosmetic defects affecting components do not qualify for replacement or refund. For major aesthetic damage, a credit or replacement may be offered if the item's functionality is compromised.

Personal Shipping Options: Damage resulting from using personal shipping options like freight forwarding is not covered by our warranty.

If replacement components are in stock, they will be shipped. If not, we reserve the right to source from third-party vendors.

After 30 days, we cover replacement parts for the remaining warranty period, with labor costs borne by the owner.
